@SoloMan Zone: I take a potassium supplement because bananas have a high Carb index and even though a fruit the sugar level is very high with them.

@SoloMan Zone: Like everything there is Sugar and there is sugar if you know what I mean. Natural fruit sugars to an extent are OK, like in apples, Pears, plum's etc, but then Not the sugar in grapes for example. I read the "Traffic lights" on food packaging although I do try to eat natural un processed SHITE.

@SoloMan Zone: My Mum was but she died in 1970 when I was 14 years old, she was type 1 and the didn't have the care we get today. i'm hoping with diet to keep it low in the type 2 but I've got it and that's that. It's a matter of coping with it. I don't let it affect mer to much. got the med's (tablets) so hopefully it will keep it balanced?

They should have a size thing at the airport like they have on children rides, I would love to stand there watching them being refuzed a place on the olane
