Oslo plans to build Europe's largest explosives plant for sake of Ukraine

Climate activists rally against Norway's plans to build Europe's largest explosives plant. NATO arms supplier 'Chemring Nobel' is behind the project and is set to start construction in a region on Oslo's Fjord.

And while the Norwegian government acknowledges there are environmental concerns, it has justified the plans by saying weapons were promised to Ukraine.
