Only a portion of Russian energy can be replaced, and at great cost to the global economy – study

A new study conducted by the Cato Institute reveals that giving up Russian energy is not so easy. Only part of Russian gas supplies can be replaced, and even in that case the already serious damage to the global economy would only get worse.
