there is extensive research on this topic and the sad reality is that the data and the research supports what the first lady said, in that old habits die hard. You can change, its possible, but it takes an intense amount of effort and dedication, and the majority of people cannot muster this type of energy to truly change. This is not just true when it comes to promiscuity, it applies to all things. Sometimes it is too late to change the story, but it is never too late to change the ending.
