NOT Washing These AREAS Could SHORTEN Your LIFE (And No One Tells You This)

OK - something a little different for Us MEN. Here's a discussion on Body Health and clenliness , yep a subject MEN don't like talking about but I will! Washing is more than a quick Slash and Dash especially in mote private or intimate area's.. I was diagnosed as borderline Diabetic type 2 somew years ago. One of the tablet's that I take (that is actually doing what it says on the box), Has a side effect. This side effect repuires that when ay maybe not so easy out and about, it requires that when I PEE, I need to wash my penis everytime because the tablet removes toxin's and shit from my body when I PEE. This has been a habit of mine for about 3/4 tears now so is simple an every PEE thing for me to wash the old fella! lol! In the process of doing this I discovered due to age that 80% of MEN get what is called "The Dribble", this is whan you PEE and as you age ther Prostate also looses some of it's effectiveness. So when you PEE belind those gasnglly thing the pipe vanishes inside. When you finish PEEINGusing a motoin with your finger and thumb like say (LOL!) milking a cow teet gently you can squeeze out surplus urine the prostate doesn't hold back. the result is a clean, healthier and more pleasant experience. THERE I said it, I'm a MAN I look after myself in older age now especially since I have almost halved my weight in less than 12 months. Don't know what my wieght was in US pounds but in Stones I've gone from a very FAT 17.5 stones to a constant weight of 12 Stones which I have not been since I was 16 years old, I'm now coming up for a health 70 in December and I take pride in myself now, I kind of could thank feminism, but WTF why shoul;d that take the praise for my efforts? lol! anyway take on board the vid's words and my words of experience, Genital health is important as MEN, especially with these STD infected whore that are round today!
