North Jakarta streets submerged amid tidal flooding

Severe tidal flooding in the North of Jakarta has left parts of the city underwater, forcing residents to use boats to navigate the streets. The tidal surges, that usually are linked to a new moon, cause floods that bring daily life to a standstill in many areas in Indonesia
