No Joke Howard was an expat who lived in Cambodia and Mexico. He wrote a book about Cambodia and managed to piss off everyone in South East Asia. An American through and through, He passed away in Mexico. He was on the Phnom Pehn slide and was lucky enough to realise he was on it.
