@TheRedKnight: Yeah sometimes the video can be traced by the names in the title - the account holder, or the back ground info - like the location name in the back ground etc., but there are a lot of things - small scale issues and there are so many of them.... that they are never reported or not worth finding out about, and the trails are all sort of dead ends or you have to go digging and it might take years.... Like someone might be able to identify what part of the country or city the issue is in, by the accents... AND or if you have sufficient intel and access to a great deal of technical global surveillance stuff, you MIGHT be able to trace the video back to it's point of origin...... but for what. 2 people fighting and one pulls a gun in a bar? How many times does that happen in the USA, annually, and going back how many years...... I guess my question was more a rhetorical reflection.... rather than just calling them idiots, it's more a case of going into what may have been the issues that lead to the confrontation....
