I don't go after women (or men, no homo, you do you) with kids or without.
Any man would not want to have to pay for kids that are not his, no matter how much he may love them and how great of a father he is or is not. A woman who chose to have sex (repeatedly) and got pregnant and carried the child to term with a man, she was not married to, or who she knew was going to be trouble (beat her, beat the kids, kick the dog, sell drugs, rob house, stab mouthy b*tches, ETC.) should be held accountable for those choices. A "Parent" who makes choices that are that bad should not be a parent; state takes the kid gives her two choices: become a good parent and she pays for her kid, or state takes the kid, she gets her tubes tied and she can do whatever she wants, no welfare, no child support, no snap, no section 8 housing. If the father is a good man; passes background checks, ETC. The father should get supervised custody for 6 months; if there are no cases of abuse, neglect, mistreatment and if he wants, he becomes the child's sole parent, no welfare, no EBT, no section 8, ETC. If a parent is unable to provide for their child, but they are good people; 2 years government paid community college/trade school so they can provide for the kid, it will be a loan, that loan can be forgiven after 7 years as long as they keep working and taking care of the kid properly,

The basis of custody:
If there was any confirmed abuse or neglect; no custody at all for that parent.
6 month observation/supervised custody.
Custody will be based on: Which parent is able to provide for the child without assistance.
Without proof of abuse/neglect that resulted in criminal prosecution after a guilty plea there is no "Alice isn't horny anymore" (Alimony), ever.
