Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has weighed in on NATO’s expansion and founding principals set decades ago that appear to be re-emerging amid today’s turbulence, saying that ‘the Americans want to – and have already – enslaved Europe,’ and that their philosophy of dominance remains in place.
