All myths, craft, mythic battles have force shields or barriers in them especially in Anime, video games, and even Stargate Atlantis... The best YT story was of a Special Ops detail escorting a Freemason high dude, wizard or 33rd Degree bro, into a pyramidal mountain [in the Balkans I believe] where they found underground tunnels-- there's rumored to be underground networks connecting the world. For example, all of South America is said to be connected by underground tunnels the "Giants" use, man eating giants. We know they exist, we killed some in Afghanistan. I know for sure because my unit was there. when it happened. Also, said Freemason found gold powder, like nanometers sized gold dust used to heal us... our bodies. Yes, there are many frequency things coming out as of late. 432 Hz heals the human body. The "Living waters" was when Christ held up his chalice and positively "charged" the water liquid/water with "energy." The charge part is true-- not sure if "positive" but it healed the body as one drank it, ie positive healing effects.
