Play it in the back ground as a video or as an MP3....

On the computer, the old spare phone via bluetooth audio etc.

And using the VLC media play slider, with running time and time remaining, you can synchroise it with the clock hours.

This is actually almost exactly dead on an hour - about 2 seconds less....
