I strongly advise you AGAINST going to "talk to someone" about your problems. They don't care and they'll just use it as evidence against you later as evidence your mental health is not good. They will do it in a heartbeat. I don't even advise suicidal people to "get professional help" because they'll 100% try to leverage it to strip your rights or make money off of it somehow. Do not trust anything that has to do with the government or the authoritative, mainstream power structure; it's all extremely corrupt and malignant.
