However, I must say that I found your explanation of the black pill to not be helpful at all & totally confusing. I define the black pill much differently. Good points. Ghosting is the best move because it takes away their attention. Energy flows where attention goes. Block, Ignore, Ghost (L.O.M.) takes all their power away and leaves them to stew in their own misery.
