Facts this is why having your own small business with those in a team that you trust is becoming more and more important today, being your own self made boss is much better than being a lackey lapdog for sum1 thats treats you like shite fuck that go your own way and be your own boss as difficult as that is all I can say is thaf it seems to be the only sane option, on the books or off the books yet no one can keep their fucking mouth shut if you have a off the books option and most are rats and snitches so thats becoming a more and more harder option and if your a "Legal" small business on the books all the other fuckers want to see you ruined or business in despair because they got a bigger ego and bank account than you so yeah Fuck em and always put yourself first.

See if you create real value and people know your the real deal they will hunt you down and want you to bring and add value to their business, always be respected and bring value and when they disrespect you then stop bringing them value or your best do the bare/bear minimum and distance yourself as much as possible and live your own life to the best as possible.
