Can we get out of our ivory tower and consider context first? What if she closed her legs the day after the marriage? I'd consider him to have every right to look for it elsewhere. I'd rather go for an annulment, but I don't have all the details on his situation.
Also : to judge the friend who wrote the letter as a bad person is even more ivory tower behavior. Do better.
