DoggkMuslim-owned shops bulldozed in New Delhi
Indian authorities approved the demolition of several Muslim-owned shops in New Delhi, and a number were destroyed on Wednesday before the Supreme Court stepped in and halted proceedings. The entrance and stairs of a Mosque were also demolished.
Officials say the demolition order was targeting illegal buildings, but many Muslims feel they are being singled out, and that anti-Muslim sentiment in the country had been rising under the Hindu-nationalist led government.
The demolitions come days after violence during a Hindu procession in the capital resulted in dozens of arrests.

it's sad what is being done...but I understand. No non-islamic country wants sharia law to become the law of their land. do you have ANY idea what happens in an area where sharia law is the law of the land??
