Cool... I am leaning towards homesteading, hunting, and to pick up fishing... too much chemicals in our food! Or too many!?

To much or too many... anything that's not 0, is too much and too many. Stop leaning towards it, just start doing it. It's a very long and painful process, the sooner you start, the sooner you get the difficulties out of the way. And there are many.

Won't be any mulberries around here until July. It's currently 3°C here. They're amazingly sweet. That's a big tree.

There's a fruit tree around here called PawPaw fruit. It's quite good but they're uncommon because they can't be harvested commercially. They bruise easily and spoil quickly. I like picking them and planting the seed to spread them around.

3°C! That's cold... it's nigh time here already, 19°C ATM. Just earlier I was thinking why didn't I started planting fruit trees 10 years ago? Just everywhere. I don't have I good answer. I was younger and busy, only explanation.

@The Man Inside: I'm in Southern Canada and March weather is kind of bipolar. A couple day's ago we experienced all four seasons in one day
