They need a variety of tweezers with wider non tearing ends, and a better technique....

They tend to dig the thin pointy tweezers in and then twist sidewards, which rips the black head up, instead of gripping across the entire width and pulling straight out...

So you don't like zit videos? I love it...

I'd LOVE to be doing that for a job.. Very good at it... making all sorts of instruments to suck and pluck the guts out....

That delicious moment when they get the whole blackhead out and there is just a clean hole.....

the only question i have is, how do you let it get that bad...

@Life_N_Times_of_Shane_T_Hanson: i agree, the tool he used isn't the best, but i suppose if it was a hard to reach area maybe he just used what he had on hand for part of the job but found out too late that he screwed it up.

like i hate watching this stuff, but it is also hard to not watch either lol i have a sick obsession, but again i hate watching it.

it's like a Nascar event, you are always watching for the crash, the race doesn't fucking matter it's the crashes that are exciting.

@KEEPER: I deal with surgical instruments... and blackheads like these, require a special gripper, and no one makes them.....
