Modern Bibles VS. Traditional Bibles Part 1

I agree that the KJV is the best out of the common Bibles available. But like another poster noted on this thread, there may be better Bibles that are older and rare.

That's good that you have a Geneva. I've sometimes have quoted the earliest Bible in English: Wycliffe's 1380s which text is found online. But these Bibles are not plentiful enough for the general public and/or are overly expensive. The KJV however can be found everywhere, even grocery stores and used bookstores for a dollar. Plus, the unfamiliarity with older Bibles makes them harder to persuade people to use, since they won't trust them. Then the language difficulty. People like you and I get it, but probably not the average believer.
