He had the cop beat before he went to ground, he should have stayed up taken a knee or incapacitated his opponent, then moved to the next one. He wasn't getting away until all 4 were out of the picture
Unfortunately, most of these cops have no one to blame but themselves. Soon they'll have NO support from the public. Australia is probably already there. UK is probably not far behind.
