This is not that uncommon. I recall a story of a guy who was in jail, apparently at the time of inception and also at the time of birth. The woman just put his name on the birth certificate to get welfare benefits. By Law an individual must appear in Court to contest this. He was in jail and unable to appear for a Court hearing. The Court ruled that he ''MUST" pay this Court Order because he did NOT appear in Court to contest the Ruling in the prescribed period of time. Our system is so gynocentric blue-pill horse-shit.
