The best improvements most people can make is a wash, brushing the hair, teeth, and just plainly dressed - like a T shirt and Jeans.
A good state of health and a bit of a working out... general fitness etc.
Beyond that - it just looks more and more like bullshit.
I know a woman who is a REAL cunt.... NASTY gossiping and vindictive - I asked her,
