Mexicans whip each other at traditional Holy Week festival

Hundreds of locals gathered on the square of Soltepec in Mexico, to whip each other as part of a 200-year-old tradition of cleansing the body of sin during Holy Week. Participants whipped one another with knotted ropes, twisted into seven knots representing the seven deadly sins.
