RPM: I am Med Ret Navy + 90 VA. Came by old Shipmate in Minnesota when I got divorce (I got kids - she got everything I could scrape up to pay her off, including my truck!). Almost a year later did the final part get final done. So I was lucky in that! Plus, got one of the last divorce in the last State (LA), where final divorce can't be relitigated unless the served person (me) wanted it in front of Judge again... Bahaha! That said, I have seen, if she makes big Mayo Clinic money, Househusbands galore here! Big Medical places here (U of MN, Mayo, Children's...) pay well! And the dudes are kept like this! All of them are whining little jerks, that I have seen, but still: here, if she makes bank, he often time is househusband...

Once upon a time...in a far different America..men worked. Men were taught to be accountable, responsible & mature.
Now....the rules are corrupted, distorted, inverted. Honor, self reliance, character, determination, 'manhood',...
These are mere words now...anachronism of a past era....mostly forgotten.
They may be resurrected & made whole again. But it will a major reset, spurred by an apocalypse or revolution.
