Men in Female-Dominated Workplaces | The Bias Nobody Admits
This episode is about men in female-dominated workplaces — and how being the minority can leave them unprotected.
Men can be rejected before an interview, bullied once hired, given dangerous work, sexually harassed, and stay silent, fearing disbelief or punishment.
Women claim disproportionate workplace discrimination whilst men benefit from patriarchy. Yet research challenges this narrative — women can no longer claim workplace discrimination as exclusively theirs.
I discuss hiring bias, schools, bullying, male nurses, physical risk, harassment, reporting, HR, police recruitment, and why equality must work both ways.
Women’s discrimination is systemic. Men’s is treated as impossible.
