That's an easy one. Women control the Feminist States of Wokemerica that created TMNT. Older Karens, and their diversity pets. The Karens hate men being attracted to waifus. The diversity blacks and what not absolutely hate any white women anywhere. Better "jeans" and all that. The only ones that adapt are the con artist e-girls copyright thefting an April cosplay for porn/Twitch/ASMR/etc. As always Asian women are the most skilled at this, but also just as slimy as the white woman who rules over the others.
