the best thing to do when they cry is to go blank. if you get angry they have gotten an emotional reaction out of you. also you are automatically "the bad guy". just blank out all of your emtions and disengage from the conversation. if possible leave the area ASAP . also try to remember that nothing makes women more angry than a man that is "emotionally unavailable ". ; ) it means that th emanipulation is a fail ! YES !!

@Leader_Desslok: Good advice and I'm very good at not revealing my inner emotions. Quite simply I don't think anyone needs to know my emotional state. If they don't know they can't use it against me. If I react outwardly I'd laugh. I have a tendency to laugh at people who are trying to manipulate me.

For survival, emotions are a liability. Nature is already quite savage and if you allow it to affect your state, you will go down sooner than the one that lets it run off his back. Apparently women didn't get that memo...
