Marxism as a Non-Human Ideology?

I would think that rather than a non-human ideology, it's more pernicious.
It's intentionally incompatible with human nature; but disguised as virtuous enough that people will accept and strive towards it while those who push the idea know that it's impossible and will serve only as an opportunity for acquiring and consolidating all wealth and power.
It is a trap that enslaves others through their compassion and goodwill.
