Why does Sandman's voice sound normal in this context, but it sounds sing songy weird in his official vids?

The reason Sandman sounds robotic is because his videos are scripted. He's reading from his script word for word in the normal videos.

You took the word right out of my mouth. I can NOT listen to his voice because he pitches his tone higher toward the end of every sentence for what ever reason. It's annoying AF.
