I dug up a lot of information on the whole industry - in another video on here somewhere. Apparently the original place failed food safety standards, everyone else started making them around the world, there is a gobal pistaccio shortage which this makes worse.... and the shredded shit, is a type of finely chopped pastry... Years ago I used to get REALLY BIG very salty - from dirt filled salt pans, in Iran... pistaccios ---- AND they were fucking BRILLIANT - then they just disappeared... and the shitty little tasteless American ones, flooded the market. I have been pissy about this ever since - like for 20 years.... I do pissy very well.. I have put up some videos on pistaccios...
