If the Internet went down, then I would 2 things: Where the Post Office is to buy stamps, and that I needed a job locally to pay those bills.
Unfortunately, having power and water paid for will not help with the supply chain crash.
No food, less people. Oh well...

Shelves full of reference books, including an encyclopedia set. Regular trips to the library. Conversations with and apprenticeship from those having experience in something when one needed assistance. Technical manuals to perform maintenance on vehicles, appliances, and other equipment.

I remember when the internet wasn't there just yet. Yes, I'm that old SoloMan.

Ai will do your thinking, a new human with free will be manipulated both genetically and mentally programmed. Your choices not of free will, the majority will accept it thinking they choose with informed free will. The clot shot didn’t work, in fact quite the opposite, yet now the masses line up the the newest version. No thank you, the internet combined with Ai enslaves the masses.
