Lula inaugurated as Brazil’s president, vows to keep his campaign promises

Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has been inaugurated as Brazil’s president for the third time. He leads the country once more after a 12-year hiatus. During the ceremony on Sunday, he vowed to keep his campaign promises to defend the sovereignty, dignity and independence of Brazil.
