LPR’s Popasnaya in ruins as Ukrainian artillery shells civilian infrastructure

RT’s crew headed to the town of Popasnaya in the Lugansk People’s Republic as the Ukrainian Army continues to shell the area. Most of the town’s residents have now fled to nearby Stakhanov, where they shared horrifying stories with us.
