Locals struggle with floods caused by torrential rains in Mexico

Residents of Mexican city of Chalco face aftermath of heavy rains, as floodwaters contaminated streets and households with sewage for almost three weeks. Locals can be seen clearing mud from their homes while members of Mexico's Civil Guard and Red Cross are traversing waterlogged streets on lifeboats to help rescue stranded residents and pets.
