" I am very moved, not because of this specially but what has been happening on the stage here that I have seen, witnessed and been part of for the last few days and I feel particularly unworthy believe me being here right now, specially the story of Victor Yushenko, you know I really accept this not on the basis of what I have done but might I say for the over a million Tibetans that have died and the 6 million that have remained in Tibet now, not free and the 40 million or so people who are living with HIV and Aids right now and the 20 million who have dies already. I feel very fortunate to have been part of this whole enterprise and deeply moved to be part of you right now."

" It didn't really dawn on me as to the power of music until I attended a Unesco dinner one evening in Germany, and the next day they wanted to invite me to a tea party , and I said a tea party I don't think I need to be at a tea party and they said you need to be at the tea party, I showed up, and there was the Palestinian, the Israeli delegation, the Egyptian delegation and the Chinese delegation, members from Harvard and Yale and many many scholars were there and I remember asking the question I know why all of you are here but why am I here and the answer was, mister Richie up until now we have not been able to agree on anything, last night we all agreed that we like you "

RICHARD GERE AND LIONEL RICHIE RECEIVE AWARDS AT WEF

Actor Richard Gere was given the Crystal award by the founder of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab,as a testament to his work to date that compliments on the motto " committed to improving the state of the world "

The actor, well known for his support for the Dalai Lama told the audience:
" I am very moved, not because of this specially but what has been happening on the stage here that I have seen, witnessed and been part of for the last few days and I feel particularly unworthy believe me being here right now, specially the story of Victor Yushenko, you know I really accept this not on the basis of what I have done but might I say for the over a million Tibetans that have died and the 6 million that have remained in Tibet now, not free and the 40 million or so people who are living with HIV and Aids right now and the 20 million who have dies already. After that it was the turn of musician Lionel Richie to come on stage and accept his award, the singer was given a big cheer for his acceptance speech.

The man for fun sexually put a gerbil up his ass but media white washes it and then he gets an award. Seems every time these people or the CFR have a meeting these are the people running the country through media and brainwashing the public on what to think and act.
