The lone holdout in Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial has retained attorney Edward Paltzik and issued his first formal public response to the accusations made after the mistrial. Michael Desronvil said he had no doubt that Clancy was criminally responsible, rejected the foreperson’s claim that he admitted reasonable doubt and accused other jurors of refusing to listen to him.
