HB 474 would restrict law enforcement from using a cell site simulator without a warrant. Amazingly, the police didn't testify against this bill!

The police did not even oppose the bill. I wonder why. Non disclosures?
What china uses all the time with drones but it is so controlled from what a friend tells me.
