There was an old clip... small white car, looks like it drove into subway stairs/underground concourse. Footage was the CCTV from the lower level. Car ended up wedged in, on it's grill, slightly upside down. The pool of blood amassed so quickly it was almost shocking. Left you pretty certain there were no survivors.
