Landslide destroys roads, washes away houses and cars amid flooding in Greece

Floods that followed torrential rain hit the city of Volos and the village of Portaria in Pelion, Greece. One road damaged by a landslide had entire sections missing and torrents of water flowed over the side, while whole streets were also left submerged across the city. Local authorities reported that two people were confirmed dead and four remained missing after Storm Daniel battered the region.
