Know When to Walk Away | Relationship Boundaries for Men

3 المشاهدات
نشرت في 24 Aug 2026 / في الناس والمدونات

This episode is about getting out of a relationship versus losing a relationship.

There is a difference between leaving from a position of strength and being dragged through the emotional wreckage after a relationship has already collapsed.

In this episode, I talk about the hard realities of relationship boundaries: male friends, infidelity, repeated disrespect, self-respect, betrayal, and what not to do when she leaves. I also talk about why not to jump straight back into dating, and why men need to protect their mental health after a serious breakup.

The broader point is simple: if you do not know your boundaries before things go wrong, you may only realise what mattered after the damage has already been done.

This is not relationship counselling. It is personal commentary based on experience, reflection, and hard lessons.
