Kmart - Fuck These American Chain Stores

They are severely lacking in brains and build quality.... I bought a cheap and basic self inflating camping mattress from there, and there was a follow up of some 10 or 15 emails asking for feed back on the item, for my shopping experience, how likely was I to recommend them etc., and then I just emailed them, "I didn't fill in the questionairs / survey / product star ratings stuff the first time you sent them out, so why are you fucking persisting to the 5th round? And why don't you idiots just fuck right off." AND the build quality of so much of their stuff is SO shit.... The morons in the management only see the sales of 100,000 items at $25 each, with a high dissatisfaction and failure rate, instead of a $35 item with a 5 year warranty and the build quality to last 10 years. And this leaving product on the shelves, that has been bought and paid for, for so long, in that it's getting sold to other customers in the store, and they turn around and tell the online customers to fuck off, come back another day and the immediate payment, will take a week to be refunded... - fuck I want to punch their heads in... They are SO stupid that they think doing this to online customers, is O - fucking - K? What is it about customer loyalty and customer retention that they don't get? You mean a lot of the stuff we sell is bottom dollar garbage and we drop the customers in the shit when we fuck their orders up and we expect the customers to come back again, and to risk being fucked over again and getting more of their time and resources pissed up against the wall - because our binding sales contracts don't mean shit to us and fuck the customer.... No fuck you - you retarded lying cunts, Fuck you and your stores, fuck you and your sales, and fuck you and your build quality and fuck your moron management up their ungay arses...

The smartest staff I met were working in the loading bay.... The online / phone customer support = fucking idiots.

And they buy in SO much cheap junk - as in nasty, cheap junk.... It's not worth even going there, only to return it a month later because it broke..
