Kiev's strike on Russian tourist resort is 'a terrorist act' — Rodion Miroshnik

Twelve people have been killed as a result of a Ukrainian drone attack on tourist resorts in Russia’s Zaporozhye Region.

Among the dead were four children, according to Governor Evgeny Balitsky. In addition, 19 people have been injured, the governor added, including five children.

We spoke exclusively with Rodion Miroshnik, ambassador-at-large on Ukrainian crimes.

He gave us additional details about the deadly attack as he explained Kiev's strategy of terrorism.
