Kiev prepares terror forces in Africa - Chief of Officers Union for International Security

Last month, Mali and Niger severed diplomatic ties with Kiev, accusing Ukraine of funding terrorists after Wagner PMC soldiers were killed alongside Malian troops in northern Mali. RT spoke with Aleksandr Ivanov, Chief of the Officers Union for International Security, who says that Ukrainian special forces are indeed collaborating with militants in Africa to divert attention from their losses at home.
