Kiev plotted terror attack on UK ambassador in Moscow – FSB

Russian security services have detained a Russian citizen who was sending Ukraine information about the British embassy in Moscow. The FSB says the collected intel was planned to be used by Kiev in a sabotage operation against the British ambassador, with the blame pinned on Russia.
