Kiev left negotiating table when it was possible to end the crisis through political means - Lavrov

Russian top diplomat Sergey Lavrov says that back in March 2022, Kiev wasn’t allowed to end the ongoing conflict through political means – and no one has tried to convince Ukraine to restore the negotiation process ever since.
