Job Market is the New Dating Market

MOST men work at jobs that have nothing to do with academic credentials.
Unpaid internships are a class filter.
It filters OUT the undesirable Lower Middle and Middle Class job seekers.
Companies WANT to attract interns and hire from their peers the Upper Middle Class whose parents are paying the bills (and will continue to pay their bills).
People will deny this (it makes them uncomfortable) you can ignore that.
