Looks like his nose is swollen from the barrage of punches, kicks and rifle strikes. Probably broke his nose. Still not enough. They'll make him suffer an agonizing death, after the trial. The trial won't take months, like here in America. He'll be found guilty, then justice will be served. JMO.
