Japan warns the world about Russian (not US as you may think) nuclear threat

During his speech to the US Congress, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said Russia poses nuclear threats to the world. Meanwhile, he noticeably omitted any mention of who nuked Nagasaki and Hiroshima, where his wife was born.
