Wednesday the 2nd of March, 2022. Police descend on peaceful protestors at Freedom Village, Wellington, early in the morning.
74-year-old Alan Simmons, partner of Lawyer Sue Grey, was hit three times with police shields, & shoved to the ground by the New Zealand Police, smashing and breaking his hip. He was forced to wait for over three hours for an ambulance.
Alan ended up needing a full hip replacement.
Neither Jacinda Ardern, nor any minister currently "serving us" in Parliament, made any attempt to talk, or listen, to the Kiwis of Freedom Village.
